Two States Approve Education Compact for Military Kids
Kentucky and Kansas approved the compact designed to make it easier on kids PCSing with their parents. It standardizes credit and course transfers and generally smooths the transition from school to school. Armed Forces Advantage originally reported this as for high schoolers but it appears to apply to all school age kids.
The compact needs eight more states to sign off on it before it can be approved so call your government officials and encourage them to follow Kansas’ and Kentucky’s lead.
